We should be setting up GitLab build pipelines to check if there are no
errors building the "Read the Docs" documentation.


Operational Testing

There are many tools for testing DNS practices: DNSViz (https://dnsviz.net/),
Check My DNS (https://cmdns.dev.dns-oarc.net/), Internet.nl
(https://internet.nl/), ...

But there is no good correlation between testing tools and BCP statements. How
to validate that you are following the recommendations from a BCP? 

Should we provide text like "this recommendation can be tested with tool x"?
